Quarterly Business Meeting, TODAY, Following Service
Plan to stay for this brief meeting, in which we’ll highlight ministry from the past quarter and give an update on where we stand with the potential church name change. All are welcome.
Christmas in July
Throughout July, we’re collecting extra offerings as a special gift to our FBC missionaries. Remember to mark any special gifts “Christmas in July” and stop by the Fellowship Hall to sign the cards.
Group Project Day, July 30, 9a-12p
We’d love to have your help as we work on maintenance projects on our property and prepare various supplies that will be sent to Memorial Christian Hospital.
Big Outdoor Meet-up, September 18-20
Sign-ups have begun for our Big Outdoor Meet-up. This will be 2 nights of camping at Lake Cachuma. Why not invited a friend? Flyers are in the Fellowship Hall.
Kids Church Helpers
We’re looking for 1-3 individuals to minister to the youngest in our FBC family! The commitment is typically once per month and involves serving on a team with one other person during the church service. Write “Kids” on your connect card today.
Chilean Families Needing Housing, Sept 16-18
September 16-18, missionaries James & Coletta Morsey will be bringing 2 ministry families from Chile to our area and they are in need of housing. If you could accommodate a family of 3 or 4 for 2 nights, write “Chile” on your connect card today. Their English is great and they are delightful people. You won’t regret it!
